Nurses are Heroes

The challenge was to develop a campaign to recruit nursing applicants for Sparrow Hospital system. The solution was to partner with a popular toy company to create a set of heroic nursing action figures, to be sold by retailers across the country. The aim is to show nursing job seekers just how much Sparrow hospitals value and revere their nursing staff, making the hospital an attractive place to apply. (Concept work)
